Something broken, confusing, or missing? Email office@splitagency.eu and a human will reply — usually within one business day, and always within three.

It helps if you include your account email, the device you are using, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot is worth several paragraphs.

Report a bug

Send it to office@splitagency.eu with the word "bug" in the subject. If you can tell us the steps that reproduce it, it will usually be fixed in the next release.

Common questions

I am not receiving notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for Menifest in your device settings, and that the switch in Menifest under Settings → Daily notifications is on. Reminders are scheduled while the app is open, so open it once after enabling them.

My health data is not syncing

Menifest reads Apple Health only with your permission and only for the data types you approve. Open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Menifest to review or change what is shared. We never write to Apple Health without an explicit action from you.

How do I change my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased in the app are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions to change or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

How do I export my data?

Email us and we will send you a machine-readable export of everything held in your workspace, free of charge.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Menifest account and all of its data from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

This removes your workspace and everything in it — tasks, goals, finance records, health entries, notes and conversations with the AI coach — along with your login. It is immediate and cannot be undone. If you are the only member of a workspace, the workspace is deleted with it; if others remain, only your membership is removed.

If you cannot reach the app for any reason, email office@splitagency.eu from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
