Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Menifest (the "Service"), available at app.menifest.eu and via the Menifest mobile apps. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Menifest is a dashboard that helps solopreneurs and freelancers track money, tasks, health and business metrics in one place, including optional integrations you choose to connect. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you put into Menifest. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload.
4. Third-party integrations
If you connect a third-party service (such as Google Calendar, Google Analytics or YouTube), your use of that service remains subject to that provider's own terms. We access third-party data only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the connected feature.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at sign-up. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no use that overloads or disrupts the Service.
7. Availability
We work to keep Menifest available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or change the Service.
8. Disclaimer
Menifest is a productivity tool and does not provide financial, medical, legal or tax advice. Any figures, projections or insights shown are for your own planning and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menifest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Service or other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
